SMS & Text Messaging Terms

These SMS Terms govern the text messaging program (the "Program") offered by Atlas Backflow Testing ("we," "us," or "our"). By opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms.
1. Program Description
When you opt in, we may send text messages including:
- Appointment reminders and scheduling confirmations
- Service updates (technician en route, job status, follow-ups, testing/retest due reminders)
- Promotional and marketing messages (offers, seasonal reminders, specials) — only if you have separately consented
2. Consent
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from us at that number. Consent to receive marketing or promotional texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You represent that you are the account holder or authorized user of the number provided.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and your service schedule.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's plan. We do not charge for the messages themselves, but your carrier may.
5. Opting Out
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive messages from that Program. To rejoin, opt in again through one of our enrollment methods.

7. Supported Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's transmission and is not guaranteed.
8. Privacy
Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Your number is used only to deliver the messages you've consented to receive and is shared only with the service providers that help us send them.
9. Changes
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, with the updated date shown above.
